Mauterndorf is located in an upper valley a few kilometers of Mariapfarr and this village has
the most hours of sunshine per year in all of Austria!
We rent out 4 renovated apartments for 2 to 6/7 people.
Our house is very conveniently located on the outskirts of the village, within walking distance of the historic medieval center.
Within 100m you will find a bakery and a (ski)bus stop and in a 250m radius a supermarket, friendly pubs
and several good restaurants for every budget.
Mauterndorf is located just 12km from the A10 motorway and very easy to reach in all seasons!
It is the ideal base for your winter and summer holidays!
