We have just spent a whole month with Katy and Kris. And what a wonderful month! For those who can take time off outside the school holidays, try May sometime. A wonderful month for walkers and/or nature lovers. You see everything coming into bloom and it's nice and quiet. Also a big thank you to the hosts for their wonderful care. Everything was once again taken care of down to the last detail. We are already counting down to our next holiday, at Haus Katris of course, what do you think :)

Once again a wonderful holiday behind us. So I have to repeat myself every time, but it can't be helped. For the umpteenth time in a row, everything was in order again, well looked after, and fantastic hosts. Still a true recommendation. Also for the surroundings, the locals... nothing but praise. Top address. You can't say anything else about it. After our return home last year, it was quickly decided that we would go back this year. Upon arrival we immediately felt at home again, and before we knew it our holiday was already over. A region where everyone gets what they want, beautiful walks, an outdoor swimming pool in the very nearby area, good food and drinks. Fantastic hosts who go out of their way for nothing. Thank you Katy and Kris for another top holiday, an apartment that is spotless with all the comfort, the daily cake, the washing up, the tourist information, the well-working wifi and so much more. One thing is certain: we will come back

The place where many more holidays will follow for us. The surroundings are also ideal. Plenty of food and drink nearby and an ideal base for beautiful outings. We had a really great holiday in Austria with these hosts. They are truly ready for anything and help you wherever they can.

The apartments are neat and there is more than enough space, everything you need is available.
We also booked the breakfast service and this too is phenomenal: fresh rolls of your choice every day and a large selection of spreads and anything else you can think of. In short, Kris and Katy are warm people who run Haus Katris from the heart, and they are always ready for a nibble and a chat, because yes, the cake is ready for you with them every day, and the schnapps too if you like.

For us it was the first time in Austria and Mauterndorf, but it was a great holiday! We will definitely come back again.

Super friendly hosts who are very helpful both before and during the stay.
- Spacious apartment with all the necessary comfort
- Very neat rooms and bathroom
- The outside temperature was around +/- 27° and inside the rooms were nicely cool
- Ample parking
- Good service at breakfast, which was also delicious and certainly plentiful
- Located in a picturesque village where all the streets and alleys are very tidy

Recently we spent a week at 'Haus Katris'. From the very first moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a nice holiday. The Belgian owners Katy and Kris welcomed us very warmly, which set the tone right away. Their beautiful and cozily furnished rooms give you a 'home feeling' immediately. Everything you need is available.
The location is an absolute plus! Whatever you want to do, everything is nearby!
A big compliment to the owners! Keep it up and we'll certainly see you again!.

Haus Katris is run by 2 very warm and helpful Flemish people. They are always there for you with tips and support. Nothing is too much.
The apartments are well furnished, and the extra services make it even more pleasant (fresh bread rolls every morning, dishwashing service, laundry and ironing service).
The surroundings are also very beautiful to visit in spring/summer. We went quite early in spring, but the weather was already much better than in Belgium! The lifts were not yet operating, but there was plenty to do at lower altitudes.
Certainly also a recommendation to visit with smaller children. There is a little garden with a swing and slide and even picnic benches (one especially for the little ones).
The village is also very beautiful and well kept, and the residents are very friendly. We also ate well all week at the local restaurants. For 10 EUR you can already have a good meal here.
We will certainly come back here!

Very beautiful and spacious apartment, with all the comfort and fast wifi. The fridge was stocked upon arrival, so we could focus on really enjoying ourselves. The après ski and the daily cake were a nice touch. But especially the help in finding the right places to eat, transport and ski guidance was wonderful. They made sure we could enjoy a truly relaxing holiday.
Highly recommended!!!
